We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Assurance Lead to join our innovative technology team.

Description:
The successful candidate will lead and manage the data quality assurance efforts, specializing in data quality assurance for software applications. As a Data Quality Assurance Lead, you will take on a leadership role within the Quality Assurance (QA) team, responsible for leading and managing the data quality assurance efforts within an organization.

  • Lead efforts to profile and analyze data across systems to identify issues related to accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Establish and enforce data quality assurance processes, including data validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement data quality checks and controls.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in data test automation, data comparison, and validation is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures, databases, DB Procedures, Packages, and Functions. Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data is also necessary.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and solve data quality issues.
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team focused on data quality.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data quality initiatives.
