Job Description:

 

A key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that effectively communicates the features and benefits of our products. Your role will involve working closely with subject matter experts to gather information, research complex topics, and translate technical information into clear and concise content.

 

As a technical writer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including user manuals, workbooks, reference guides, release notes, interface documents, and service bulletins. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all necessary information is included for users to understand what they're learning from current documentations.

 

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. You should also have previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience: 5-7 years' industry experience as an effective technical writer
  • API Documentation: Strong expertise in API documentation with technical & architectural diagrams design
  • Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork: Experience working with engineering teams to improve user experience, design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
