Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Document Review Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all documents meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess document completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.
Account Management:
  • Handle account creation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end account setup, verifying all necessary documents and information are collected, verified, and input correctly into the system.
Account Maintenance:
  • Manage ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform regular updates and changes to customer accounts, including personal information, contact details, account preferences, and service selections.
Purchase Transaction Processing:
  • Audit purchase transactions for correctness, checking for discrepancies in trade date, dollar amount, pricing, and share quantities.
  • Verify and validate purchase transactions in the recordkeeping system.
Redemption Transaction Processing:
  • Process redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring timely and correct execution according to internal policies.
  • Review redemption requests for completeness, ensuring all required documentation, forms, and information are provided and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
