Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Manager to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the transaction process and execution of M&A projects from initiation to closing.
  • Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with respective business teams to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts, including engagement with external advisors and consultants.
  • Analyze and develop valuation models to support M&A decisions.
  • Present evaluation and alternatives to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with investment bankers and external advisors to identify potential targets and negotiate deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in Corporate M&A or investment banking.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage with senior management and external stakeholders.
