Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Automation QA Lead to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile application testing and automation, with a strong understanding of mobile application development, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the mobile automation testing efforts for our suite of mobile applications.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality mobile applications.
  • Defining mobile automation testing strategies, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Implementing and enhancing mobile automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior members of the automation team.
  • Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in mobile automation testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile application testing.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ, or similar.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
