Mobile Automation Tester

Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts for mobile applications, performing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with the development team to analyze and prioritize defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Perform manual and automated tests to detect and resolve bugs.
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze and prioritize defects.
- Utilize JIRA for project management, tracking, and reporting of testing progress and defects.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features or updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile automation testing, focusing on Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mobile testing tools like Appium, Espresso, or XCUI Test.
- Experience with JIRA for project management and tracking.
- Must have a commanding knowledge of API testing, automated testing tools, and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of fintech applications is an added advantage.
