Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business prospects and sales conversions for home and office automation solutions.

Your primary focus will be on creating and building relationships with key prospects, such as Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultants, and MEP Consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and satisfactory project sign-off.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate new business prospects and sales conversions for home and office automation solutions.
    • Create and build relationships with key prospects (Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultants, MEP Consultants).
    • Meetings require prior appointments; cold calling to be minimized.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and satisfactory project sign-off.
    • Share project details and stages with the technical team.

About the Role:

  • This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and a passion for automation solutions.
  • You will work closely with our technical team to ensure timely payment release as per finalized payment stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma in a related field (e.g., ECE, Electrical, Instrumentation)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Preferred: from the home automation industry, interior designing, or lighting solution industry
  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
  • Strong grasp of MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and confidence
  • Quick learner and multi-tasker
  • Innovative idea sharing for business growth
