In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Perform inspections, tests as per Customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer care team to address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Ability for handling Internal / external Quality Audits; Inventory Controls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Provide training and support to teams on quality management principles, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of JDE / Oracle will be an added advantage.

You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 1 - 6 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Control in manufacturing organizations / Services. Knowledge of JDE / Oracle; EHS systems and processes will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of handling Internal / external Quality and EHS audits, customer inspections, QAP/ITP, product testing etc
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
  • Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
  • Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical /Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to travel if needed.
