Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to source job opportunities.

  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and conduct interviews between employers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of placements, candidate feedback, and employer insights.
  • Track placed candidates' progress and address any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent liaison, recruitment, or career counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve career success.
