Leadership Development Program

This comprehensive program is designed to equip fresh management graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.

The program offers a structured rotational career development framework that allows participants to gain hands-on experience and take ownership of various projects.

Through this program, we aim to develop associates who possess a holistic understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.

We also strive to build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders who can replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

The program prepares participants to anticipate and solve complex problems, manage projects, build people networks, and meet continuous challenges in the IT Staffing Industry.

During each rotation of the traineeship, participants will participate in different projects, where they can operate hands-on and take responsibility.

The key objectives of this program include:

  • To develop associates who possess an all-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.
  • To build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders that will replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.
Requirements

To be eligible for this program, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in navigating AI.
  • A post-graduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  • No more than two years of working experience.
  • A preference for demonstrated interest in the Service Industry.
  • An international mindset.
  • A good command over the English language.
  • A high level of ambition, constant drive for improvement, and a desire to set stretching goals.
  • Able to identify market drivers and passionate about serving customers.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and translation skills.
  • A real team player with a keen interest in colleagues' motives and behaviors, driving collaboration.
