We are seeking a highly skilled Component Subsystem Manager to join our team at Alstom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of interior parts in compliance with our Centre of Excellence Interiors Extension team BGL commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure QCDT deliverables: site Engineering, CoE Interiors team, Sourcing, Quality, Industrial, Costing
- Ensure that Design for quality, Design reviews, and standard CoE Interiors key processes are applied
- Manage CoE Interiors activities according to Contract requirements and CoE Interiors QCDT commitment
- Drive the CoE planning and the suppliers planning until IQA GO
- Manage the interfaces with Project, site Engineering and suppliers
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in project management in high mix / low volumes industries
- Able to demonstrate animation skills of cross-functional skills
- Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive
- Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline
- Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
