As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently

  • Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to critical decisions
  • Providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across various teams

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with organizational objectives and standards. You will need to possess strong communication and leadership skills to succeed in this position.

You will oversee the entire application lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and quality standards. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams.

Your primary goal is to ensure that the applications are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the application development process.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. They should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance to team members.
