Job Summary:


We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to lead our Corporate Investigations function across TransUnion's international operations. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's fraud investigation program, ensuring maximum value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the investigations program for international markets, proactively addressing fraud and other incidents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with key international stakeholders, providing recommendations to mitigate fraud and related risk.
• Conduct and/or oversee all international investigations, working closely with internal resources to ensure findings are escalated and reported accordingly.
• Develop and implement investigative procedures to be efficiently deployed throughout TransUnion's international markets.
• Create and refine key metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value of the program.

Requirements:


• Minimum 10 years of professional investigative and/or fraud risk management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of program management and/or supervisory experience with expertise in managing investigative functions across multiple regions.
• Strong organizational, project management, and project delivery skills within a dynamic matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate other associates.
• Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed.

What You'll Bring:


• Strong proficiency in conducting employee interviews and interrogations.
• CFE, CCEP, CRCM, or ACAMS designation, or commitment to obtaining CFE within 1 year of hire.
• Mindset to adopt a risk-based approach, balancing business requirements against the need to mitigate various areas of risk.

Impact You'll Make:


• With limited supervision, you'll manage the investigations program for international markets and operate as the primary point of contact with key stakeholders.
• You'll develop and implement investigative procedures to be efficiently deployed throughout TransUnion's international markets.
• You'll create and refine key metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value of the program.
• You'll identify opportunities to proactively protect the company against suspicious and high-risk activity.
