Lead Transaction Monitoring Expert

We seek a seasoned Lead Transaction Monitoring expert to spearhead our team. This professional will oversee the implementation of tools and platforms to mitigate financial crime risk.

  • Prioritize Transaction Monitoring tool implementation and platform optimization to minimize financial crime risk

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or Graduate degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
  • 15+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, including 5+ years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists
  • Project Management skills and presentation skills
  • Strong coding skills in Python, R, SQL and familiarity with data engineering practices
