Job Description">

We're seeking a seasoned Sourcing Manager to lead our apparel sourcing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field, and proven sourcing & procurement experience in apparel/fashion.

  • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with the internal QA team as necessary.

A strong negotiation & partnership-building skills, solid project management, and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain, leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management are also required.
