High-Volume IT Hiring Professional

We are seeking a seasoned talent sourcing specialist to drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles, leveraging expertise in boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles
  • Leverage various job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus
