Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Financials and Revenue Management & Billing professional to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) functionalities, configuration, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Release 12, with a solid understanding of the ORMB data model. They will be responsible for configuring Oracle EBS Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Oracle RMB (Billing, Contracts, Pricing, Rating, Invoicing) as per business needs.

This role also involves participating in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives, driving issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles, and working autonomously to recreate problems and identify necessary fixes using various software tools and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Supporting experience for the revenue recognition Process, billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing/Revenue Management issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition
  • Proficient in end-to-end business cycles including P2P and O2C Cycle
  • Skilled in preparing BR100, MD50, TE40 and functional test scripts
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP or international accounting standards
  • Hands on experience with integration tools and middleware (preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle 12.2 Upgrades
  • Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones
  • Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
