Job Title: Telecalling Representative

About this Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Telecalling Executive with 1 to 3 years experience to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls and follow-up conversations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make targeted outbound calls to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and fix appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
  • A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups to achieve sales goals.
