Telecaller- Real Estate Job Description

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our real estate sales team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate, generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive sales conversions through telephonic interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
  • Handling inbound inquiries and providing complete project details to prospects.
  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
  • Following up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.
  • Assisting in closing deals by coordinating between clients and the on-ground sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
  • Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
