Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-business Suite R12 administrator with expertise in Linux/Unix, PL/SQL coding and system administration.

About the Job:

This role involves installing, patching, upgrading, configuring, tuning and maintaining the Oracle E-business Suite R12 on 11g/12c Oracle databases. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-pressure environments and be able to analyze and resolve difficult technical issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installs, patches, upgrades, configures, tunes and maintains the Oracle E-business Suite R12 on 11g/12c Oracle databases.
  • Collaborates with system and network administrators to ensure seamless operation of the ERP system.
  • Provides level 1 support (24x7) for production environment ERP and assists developers/testers in non-production instances.
  • Analyzes performance issues in the application, concurrent manager and database tiers of E-Business Suite installations and assist developers with performance tuning.
  • Works with Oracle DBA for capacity planning, database space management and ensures the R12 system is appropriately secured.
  • Supports third party applications like Vertex, Boomi, Netsuite OpenAir etc. and writes UNIX shell scripts.
  • Clones R12 environments and tunes the Oracle E-business R12 application, the Oracle databases and PL/SQL code.
  • Proactively identifies and corrects R12 performance problems and monitors space usage.
