As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to provide strategic insights and support to our business against competition. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to help shape our strategies and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deal Support Requests: Identify top opportunities against competition, work with account teams to understand the deal context, and build comprehensive strategies to tackle in the competition in the specific deal.
  • Competitor Play-books and POVs: Analyze competitor presence and impact in the OU, create detailed competitor POVs and Play-books to equip field teams to tackle the competition, and enablement and learning.
  • Business Intelligence: Build accurate regional reports on competitive deals, deep win loss analysis on opportunities against competition, share insights on trends with regional and global leaders, and plan and develop local market strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales and research processes.
  • Adeptness in competition research and analysis.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
