About the Role

Trianz is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to drive product marketing strategies and initiatives that will shape the future of cloud-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of PMMs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Buyer Personas and Messaging: Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and positioning for the product portfolio, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all touchpoints.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Drive inputs into the product strategy and product roadmap to meet business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Product Positioning: Define product functionality and positioning together with Product Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with market requirements and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product engineering teams to understand customer needs and identify strategic engagements.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Coordinate outbound campaigns, leveraging creative content marketing, social media, blogs, and internet presence, as well as participation in industry events.
  • Product Collateral and Sales Enablement: Coordinate product collateral, sales training materials, and success stories/references, regularly training and interacting with the sales channel.
  • Marketing Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Industry Representation: Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Trianz and promote products, building relationships and thought leadership in the market.
  • Launch Execution: Managed product launches and coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and design for marketing campaigns.
  • Travel Requirements: Expect around 20% travel, both domestic and international, to support business objectives and engage with customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Team Management Experience: Team management experience is mandatory; ideally managing 2-3 PMMs.
  • Cloud Marketing Experience:
  • Experience in the cloud marketing field will be advantageous.
  • Product/Services Marketing Experience: Product/Services Marketing experience with 4-5 years of marketing for a cloud product or services.
  • Marketing Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product launch, and go-to-market strategies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative teams.

Compensation Package:

We offer a highly competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum (₹2,08,333 per month), along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The compensation package may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
