PepsiCo is seeking a seasoned Senior eCommerce Performance Marketing Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This leadership position will be responsible for managing a team to deliver eComm performance marketing services to Global Business Units. The role includes planning, management, and execution of performance marketing campaigns across North America & international markets across Amazon, Carrefour & other equivalent retailers while expanding into other platforms like CitrusAd and Criteo.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with local customer leads to drive annual net revenue objectives through best-in-class marketing campaigns focused on share of voice and conversion (Boosted Search, Sponsored Ads & DSP).
  • Share results and present learnings through the organization for scale or fail approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data-Tech Director & the Global IT team to set up and launch the automation platform across retail media network providers (Amazon, Carrefour, Citrus, Criteo)
  • Liaise with other channels – Display, Social to cross pollinate learnings and plan search execution.
  • Drive visibility of customer performance media capabilities across the wider business – Digital / Shopper / Marketing teams - (local & sector) to ensure inclusion into the media mix.
  • Partner with eCommerce Business Unit leads, marketing and media teams to develop advanced marketing programs to meet brand growth plans.
  • Support eCommerce capabilities development through leading sessions on available marketing tools, best practices, and guidance sharing.
  • Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly budgets.
  • Ensure deployment of best practices and innovation in all paid search activities.
  • Build & develop a team of eCommerce performance marketing experts.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business units) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on search.
  • Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience and deep working knowledge leading marketing programs across digital channels (display, search, email, mobile).
  • eCommerce and performance marketing mindset—understands how to leverage marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion.
  • Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement of marketing and business KPIs, particularly in a complex, multi-stakeholder, and fluid environment.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution to make sure we're providing thought leadership for our business units and customers but also executing flawlessly on a daily basis.
  • Technical understanding of eCommerce platform (AMS, Criteo, Citrus) & equivalents with ability to work with product and data teams to advocate for and shepherd new industry-leading capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to spot potential problems and plan to avoid them in advance.
  • Challenge & Influencing Skills – experienced & effective at influencing and challenging senior internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Fluent in English.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO policy.

Salary range may vary based on location and qualifications.
