About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success and Sales Representative, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in the APMEA region, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Drive sales opportunities within existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities to expand our presence in the APMEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Work closely with the Sales team to convert leads and opportunities into sales, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to customer success.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist with lead qualification and contribute to pipeline development in the APMEA region.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and tactics for regional growth.
