Job Title: Cloud Security Administrator

This role is part of our Cybersecurity Services team, responsible for administering and supporting cloud security solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX etc) for designated client environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Zero Trust cybersecurity principles, and experience in managing cloud-based security platforms in enterprise settings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Administration: Maintain and update security policies, access controls, and authentication settings (e.g., SAML/SSO).
  • System Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics. Provide clients with regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.
  • User Support & Issue Resolution: Provide user support for Zscaler-related issues. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems.
  • Documentation & Change Management: Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs.
  • Client Engagement & Coordination: Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions. Communicate technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or any related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in IT security administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based security platforms is essential.
