Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect to spearhead the development of comprehensive architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project scope and context, with excellent design skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing detailed design briefs aligned with client vision;
  • Proposing optimal architectural plans;
  • Coordinating plan submissions and securing approvals from relevant boards and authorities;
  • Managing vendor selection, contracting, and relationships;
  • Overseeing design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs;
  • Acting as a bridge between creative design intent and practical project delivery.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments;
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture;
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes;
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
