Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Transition Managers in the management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program. This involves monitoring progress against transition schedules, timelines, and milestones.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 year of transition experience. An MBA is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program.
  • Monitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities against the transition schedule, timelines and milestones.
Requirements

The successful candidate should possess good project management skills and experience working on at least one application transition projects. A logical mindset and ability to learn are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • A. Transition Solution:
    • Overall responsibility to support Transition Managers, customize and 'fit for purpose' transition solution and sizing for various RFPs.
    • Support followed tools & accelerators.
  • B. Transition Executions:
    • Monitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities (with respect to responsibility of or client or incumbent supplier) against the transition schedule, timelines and milestones.
    • Take Minutes for transition cadence meetings.
