Cloud Security Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on administering and supporting cloud security solutions, including policy administration, system monitoring, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud security technologies, Zero Trust cybersecurity principles, and experience in managing cloud-based security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update cloud security policies, access controls, and authentication settings.
  • Continuously monitor dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics.
  • Provide user support for cloud security-related issues and collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate technical updates clearly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in cloud security administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based security platforms is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with cloud security configurations and management.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of identity provisioning and work experience in the same.

Certifications:

  • Cloud security certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Security - Specialty) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing needs.
