We are looking for a Data Insights Professional to join our team.

This role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers and governments across Australia and globally.

About the Role

In this position, you will support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring. You will conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.

You will build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights. Additionally, you will develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
