We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in the airline industry to lead and deliver strategic projects for clients in the aviation sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, as well as a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met">
  • Engage closely with airline clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans">
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendors">
  • Monitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetings">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus">
  • 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing projects in the airline or aviation industry">
  • Strong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), DCS (Departure Control Systems), revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)">
  • Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in airline context">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills">
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar">
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teams">
