About the Role

The Solution Integrator will play a key role in integrating solutions in the network, analyzing, preparing, implementing, and executing test cases, verifying configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of a node/network/system. This individual will adhere to responsible business practices, ensuring compliance to group, legal, and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security, and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integration activities in customer projects
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues for delivery of project activities
  • Interface and interact with relevant stakeholders within the organization and ensure timely progress on project issues for critical/priority cases
  • Available to handle customer technical queries at all times and ensure timely response
  • Make constant efforts to be updated on relevant technical skills at all times
  • Participate in project activities and deliver results
  • Provide project handover to relevant stakeholders like customer operations team or managed services team or customer support team
  • Organize and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders
  • Review and prepare relevant technical documents, such as HLD, LLD, network impact reports, method of procedure, etc.

Customer-Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop a good working relationship with customers and working groups
  • Participate in customer project and review meetings as and when required
  • Understand and get updated on solutions deployed in customer networks
  • Makes customers aware of products and their lifecycles
  • Interface with customers for planned activities in networks as needed

Business-Related Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to ICT-PD as and when needed
  • Participate and contribute during pre-sales engagement activities, if needed
  • Understand contractual obligations for project delivery
  • Ensure that project goals are met both in terms of timelines and financials
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Experience Requirements

  • Education qualification and years of experience
  • Education: BE/B Tech or equivalent
  • Min years of experience: 6+ years

Functional Skill Experience

  • Experience working in 4G and 5G packet core is a must. Following applications/functions are considered to be part of packet core
  • SAPC/CCPC/5G policy controller (primary competence)
  • MME/AMF/SMF/PCC
  • EPG/packet gateway
  • Integration and troubleshooting skills are a must in the policy and packet area
  • Should be able to do tracing and complex logs analysis for packet core nodes (4G and 5G)
  • Exposure to any or more of the following cloud core applications/environment is desired
  • CCSM/CCDM/CCRC (sub. management, data management, resource function)
  • OpenStack (CEE)/Kubernetes (CCD)
  • IP switching and routing
  • Strong technical acumen should be exhibited when dealing with complex customer issues
  • Should have worked in a similar role earlier
  • Past experience with Ericsson will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of 3GPP in 5G packet core and policy
  • Location details - Gurugram but flexible for extraordinary talents
