Staff Nurse Job Opportunity

At our hospital, we have an available position for a Staff Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans to address these issues.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care and monitor patient progress.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning.
  • Competence in administering medications and treatments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN license.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
