About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at one of our specialized clinics dedicated to children with developmental challenges. Our clinic provides a nurturing and supportive environment where young minds can thrive, offering a range of therapeutic interventions and holistic care.

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and improve functional skills.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop home programs and provide education on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote child independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare reports for parents, physicians, and other professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
