Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure disciplines such as networking, observability, site reliability engineering, deployment, and integration. They will also have hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer issues, working on software upgrades to modernize infrastructure, and improving the observability and reliability of our Edge Clinical Workflow platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong problem-solving approach, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of one or more infrastructure disciplines
  • Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub
  • Strong development experience with Java or Kotlin
  • Knowledge of Observability tools and SRE best practices
  • Experience working on the support of products and interacting with internal and external customers
