Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team.

As an SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize ads, keywords, and landing pages to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Handle daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Bing, and ReachLocal internal platforms for multiple clients
  • Identify trends and insights to achieve CPL goal benchmarks in paid search campaigns
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting campaign performance and communicate with customer success managers to clarify and make recommendations
  • Monitor and administer ReachLocal proprietary dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools to highlight key areas of importance in accordance with client goals
  • Ensure assigned campaigns are reviewed within the set timeline of 30 days and achieve the set quality benchmark
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Maintain and monitor larger keyword lists, negative keyword mining, bids, and budget, and diagnose root causes to improve campaign performance
  • Build rapport with stakeholders and send timely and appropriate communication to the onshore team
  • Participate in scheduled calls with the onshore team and share meeting minutes promptly
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Basic MS Word and Excel skills
  • Proven experience with digital marketing background
  • Demonstrates expertise with third-party and publisher system administration and modification
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
