Exciting Opportunity: Civil/Telecom Engineer Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Telecom Engineer to lead our team's engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing civil engineering projects related to telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop civil structures for telecom installations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and assess site conditions for telecom projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting budgetary requirements and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project specifications, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant Indian standards and building codes, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, providing updates on civil engineering aspects and contributing to the project's overall success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, with strong academic credentials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software, with experience in creating accurate and detailed designs.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and its integration with civil works, including familiarity with industry-standard practices and protocols.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of relevant Indian standards and building codes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
