We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to deliver tailored supply chain solutions using Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  • Pain Point Identification: Lead discovery sessions to identify areas of improvement and gather detailed specifications.
  • Solution Presentation: Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Tech Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configuring Solutions: Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Best Practices: Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Solution Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Demonstration: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • RFP Response: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
