Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to design and implement strategic supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) for our clients. This is a remote position with business travel involved.

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test the solution, capture user feedback, and support data management and data integration-related activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solutions Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher levels are an asset.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
