About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Schbang Digital Solutions PVT LTD. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code is well-written, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Participate in project scoping and estimation to provide technical input and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, recommending how they can be used to improve our projects and processes.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in two or more of the following: web development, mobile development, cloud technologies, or analytics.
Preferred Skills
  • Solid understanding of different technologies across front-end and back-end.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, Payment gateways, and other common integrations.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Proficiency with Git.
  • Strong understanding of security measures and threats.
