Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

As a seasoned Identity Management Specialist, you will play a key role in securing our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced IAM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IAM Module Expertise: Proficiency in ISAM, AAC, Federation modules is essential.
  • Experience with IAM/LDAP Operations Support: Familiarity with ISAM administration, support for ISAM, AAC, Federation modules is required.
  • SSO Solutions Configuration: Ability to configure SSO solutions using Access Manager is necessary.
  • Federated Single Sign-On: Understanding of SAML Standards, Federated Single Sign-on using SAML is crucial.
  • Security Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, ADFS protocols is essential.
  • Multifactor Authentication: Experience in implementing multifactor authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms is desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently resolve issues and close tickets is critical.
  • Workflow Knowledge: Understanding of workflow design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries is essential.
  • Tivoli Directory Server Knowledge: Familiarity with TDS, External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services is necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to lead and participate in outage calls, create Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and participate in customer/internal meetings.

Requirements:

  • Architecture & Design Experience: Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.
  • Migration & Implementation Experience: Experience in migration and implementation of ISAM would be an advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and participate in outage calls, create Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings is required.
