Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women's Health Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. IPD and OT Rounds: Complete morning and evening rounds with Assistant Doctors and Sisters to ensure patient files are up-to-date and daily orders are reviewed.
  2. OPD Consultations: Conduct consultations and counseling sessions with patients, providing expert advice on reproductive health and wellness.
  3. Sonography and IUI Procedures: Perform sonography and IUI procedures as needed, working closely with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
  4. Medication Prescription and Requisitioning: Prescribe medications and requisition necessary equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  5. Operative Procedures: Conduct operative procedures such as OPU (Oocyte Pick-up), ET (Embryo Transfer), and Hysteroscopy, following established protocols and guidelines.
  6. Post-Operative Care: Provide post-operative care to patients, including wound management, pain control, and emotional support.
  7. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely completion of documentation and adherence to data protection regulations.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree: Possess a recognized medical degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Licensure and Certification: Hold current licensure and certification in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
