Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using C# with Selenium WebDriver.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in test automation using C# and Selenium, proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.), and strong experience in using JIRA for bug tracking, task management, and agile boards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Create and execute automation test plans and test cases across web-based applications.
  • Use any scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to enhance test automation and workflow.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Track defects, bugs, and tasks using JIRA, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Generate and maintain test reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
  • Participate in test planning, estimations, and documentation.
  • Support regression testing and CI/CD integration for automated tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in test automation using C# and Selenium.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Strong experience in using JIRA for bug tracking, task management, and agile boards.
  • Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
  • Experience in tracking test results and creating reports/metrics for QA activities.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (like Jenkins or Azure DevOps) is a plus.
