Key Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development for web and mobile applications in the stablecoin stack.
  • Design and scale backend systems for payments and settlements.
  • Build robust infrastructure atop fragmented on/off-ramp integrations.
  • Define architecture, lead technical discussions, and own system robustness.
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.
  • Establish engineering best practices and delivery timelines.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and API design.
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments (strongly preferred).
  • Track record of integrating external APIs across geographies.
  • Leadership experience in scaling early-stage, ambiguous systems.
  • Startup DNA: takes ownership, ships fast, thrives amid ambiguity.
Technical Skills
