Housekeeping Supervisor Role

This is a key position responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. They will be able to effectively manage and motivate their team, as well as provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

The role involves inspecting rooms, managing cleaning schedules, handling guest complaints, and performing administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
