Responsibilities
* Conduct multiple 90-minute tours per day, providing an engaging and informative experience for visitors.
* Manage Zendesk queues by responding and problem-solving customer inquiries.
* Collaborate with fulfillment center teams to stay updated on the latest developments and processes.
* Maintain and update tour content to reflect new technologies and company initiatives.
What You'll Gain
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable public speaking and customer engagement skills, while contributing to the development of tour content and helping shape the public's perception of Amazon's fulfillment operations.
Requirements
* 1+ years of recent professional communications or PR experience
* Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, or a related field
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Kannada
* Strong written and oral communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
* High level of professionalism
