Job Opportunity

  • Role: Japanese Translator, supporting bilingual requirements

As a key member of our team, you will be working on tasks that involve translating and communicating effectively in Japanese. Your role will involve facilitating cross-cultural interactions and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate various materials from English to Japanese, ensuring high accuracy and cultural sensitivity
  2. Participate in meetings and conferences as required, utilizing your language skills to facilitate effective communication
  3. Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts to deliver accurate translations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) at N2 level
  • Strong ITIL foundation and experience in Help Desk operations
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical domain and related terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL programming languages
  • Proficiency in using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

Location of Requirement: Pune
