Job Description

As a skilled educator, you will play a pivotal role in teaching children the fundamentals of coding. Your responsibility will be to create an engaging and productive learning environment that fosters the child's understanding of coding concepts.

With our platform, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 6-15 years old from across the world. You will be expected to adapt your teaching methods to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.

In addition to teaching coding, you will also be responsible for internalizing, improving, and adapting our curriculum to ensure it meets the requirements of our students.

You will need to meet all class requirements in terms of attendance, time discipline, and delivery. This includes coming up with innovative ideas to enhance the child's understanding of coding concepts and being adept at understanding the interests of each child to customize the delivery accordingly.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA, and a minimum of two years of experience in teaching coding to children.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three rounds: technical round, demo round, and behavior round.
