Remote Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure. This involves administering Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure services like VMs, DBs, Storage accounts, Application Gateways, Load balancers, AKS, VNETs, WAF, and DevOps components.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Administer Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure services
- Deploy and manage Azure tenants, subscriptions, resources, resource groups, NSG, etc.
- Develop and maintain ARM templates to deploy and manage cloud resources
- Implement security best practices, including firewall rule configuration and access control
- 2-4 years relevant experience in administering Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud infra to manage the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud servers
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent IaC automation tools and technologies
- Working knowledge of containers including orchestration with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with delivery engineering teams. Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundations Certification and desired certifications such as AZ 104, Azure Developer, and Azure DevOps Engineer.
