Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance product quality through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough manual and automation testing to guarantee flawless products.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine test cases, plans, and scripts to optimize the testing process.
  • Conduct extensive functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify potential issues.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA or TestRail to track, analyze, and resolve bugs efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and fixes.
  • Work seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing to streamline the software delivery process.
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure strict adherence to ITIL/ITSM compliance standards.
  • Analyze complex logs, perform root cause analysis, and suggest improvements to enhance overall system performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
