Job Opportunity: Data Tester

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT with at least 4+ years' experience in cloud computing.
  • Thorough understanding of software testing life cycle, test case preparation, execution, and defect identification.
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Bricks/Pyspark and experience in Azure Data Factory is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in testing medium to large-scale projects with a focus on data warehouse and data mart testing.
  • Identification and test data preparation techniques.
  • Leadership skills with extensive exposure to back-end/ETL testing and high-level SQL skills.
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks and experience in data analysis, including profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation.
  • Defect tracking experience using Jira or similar tools.
